Ashlyn and THE PHONE

Ashlyn loves to talk on the phone. Whether it is pretend or real. A couple of times, I have even found her on my cell phone talking to my mom without me knowing. She is such a little sneak! She is really cute to watch, as she hasn't quite mastered the concept that she has to keep the phone to her ear in order to hear the person on the other end. She will spend 90% of the conversation saying...."YOU STILL THERE?" It is quite cute, and comical to watch. If you ever want to talk to her, give us a call. She loves getting phone calls and mail!

Ashlyn's Playhouse

Here is Ashlyn's Playhouse. It is a 12 x 8 building, with a 3 x 12 porch. Equipped with a window unit AC for those really hot Texas afternoons. The only thing we have left to do is paint the exterior.

Carey Moved

Carey Moved on Thursday. Ashlyn kept telling everyone that Carey's last day at school was Thursday. We will see if she really understands that Carey is gone come Tuesday when she goes back to Mother's Day Out. We will truly miss her, but know that we will see her often, as we still plan to hold our "Fun Friday's" with the girls. (This Picture Was Taken August 2005, Ashlyn was 15 months old)

Ashlyn and I went to the Farm

Ashlyn and I went to visit my parents, as my "no more travel" date quickly approaches. Ashlyn had a great time taking care of her cousin Brenlee. Brenlee is now 3 1/2 months old, and so sweet natured.

Bike Rides with Friends

Finally some nice weather came our way. We went over to Carey's house and rode bikes in her cul-de-sac. All the kids had a great time, and enjoyed getting out of the house.

Tea Party with Carey

Stefany and I drove the girls to Baytown to have a Tea Party. We arrived an hour or so early so we went to the mall and let the girls play on the upstairs play area. The girls had a great time!!!

Doctor's office called today to confirm that I do NOT have gestational diabetes, like I had with Ashlyn! YEAH!!!!
