I'm Feeling Crafty

I'm selling picture frames. Magnetic Ones. A Friend of mine made me one for Jadyn. I thought it was adorable. I had never seen anything like that here...so I decided to get a little creative and make some to sell and to give to friends as gifts! If you know anyone who might like these...pass my information along!

Fun Friday!!!

We met Stefany and the kids for lunch at El Toro's in Baytown. After enjoying great food we headed just down the road to Bounce USA. The girls played for about an hour and a half before tuckering out! Ashlyn slept most of the way home!

It's Brown Baby's Birthday

Ashlyn was so cute. I left the room and when I got back she had set up the pillows for the babies. (They were riding in a bus.) They were headed to Brown Baby's birthday party. She used plastic cups for their party hats. (You can't see on the other side of the pillows but she has 4 paper plates, 4 plastic spoons, and 4 napkins, all set up for her baby's party!

Ashlyn the Photographer

Ashlyn set up her babies (somewhat like I set her up when I take pictures of her) to take some snap shots of them. It was so cute! Thank you Candace for the camera. It is a big hit!

Ashlyn's Beach Excursion

Johnathan thought he was having his 30th birthday party at the beach on the weekend of the 21st. (But he was actually had a surprise party at our house on the 14th). So we went down to Crystal Beach to find a good location for his get together. We had our friends Courtni and James keep Jadyn. We took Ashlyn with us and found a spot and played for an hour. She had a great time. She has no fear! An ice-cream truck drove past, and so we all had a nice cool treat! Ashlyn of course chose the BLUE ice-cream!

Statistics:
12.1 pounds

Those stats put her in the 90th percentile on weight and the 95the percentile on height. According to the doctor, he predicts she will be tall.

Johnathan has been out of town for business since Monday, so the girls and I have been trying to keep ourselves busy. Ashlyn has started swim lessons, every evening from 7-7:45. She is swimming like a fish. She still needs to work on swimming...take a breath....and go back under and swim some more. But she can go about 6 feet just holding her breath. She has no fear of the water!

Ashlyn is still going to school (summer program) 2 days a week from 9-1...so I get some one on one time with little Jadyn.

Jadyn is such a sweet natured, laid back baby! She just loves to look and watch her surroundings. (I've even caught her watching television a couple of times. Ashlyn rarely will sit still long enough to watch anything. So they are definitely different in that way.) She hardly fusses, and even when she does...it isn't a loud cry.

I'm trying to take lots of pictures so I can keep up with how fast she grows and how much she changes from day to day! So keep checking back for more recent pictures!

Sunday Picnic

Jadyn's Party

The Great Grandparent's finally got to meet our little Angel! She was so sweet for her party. She just cooed at everyone, and fell peacefully asleep on everyone!

Sunday Afternoon Picnic

Johnathan and I have started taking the girls on a picnic after church. (Assuming the weather is decent we usually let Ashlyn play at a local park.)
