Rough Week

Ashlyn has had a somewhat rough week.

She had a fever last weekend. So we went to visit her doctor. She was diagnosed with ANOTHER ear infection. We go back in a little more than a week to have a re-check.

If it isn't cleared up...we find ourself in line for tubes again.

She hasn't been sleeping through the night either. (She is waking up just about every 2 hours.) We are hoping that is from the ear problem. After a few more days of antibiotic, we think it will subside.

Ashlyn's stomach is causing her grief again. Most likely due to her new antibiotic. She has been on it before, and had a little upset stomach, but this time it seems to be worse. Of course, it is the weekend and we must wait until Monday to find out if we can switch her to something else.

She has a huge bruise on her noggin where she went running through the hall and smacked into to wall. (She had socks on and couldn't stop in time.)

Grandpa K came on Saturday morning and helped Johnathan cut down some of the remaining trees (that Hurricane Rita wrecked havoc on.) and hauled them off to the dump. He also left us his flatbed trailer for when we start to replace the roof.
