The Southeast Texas State Fair came to Town! Ashlyn had a blast! Of Course we forgot our camera the first time we went so....we had to go again! Ashlyn loved all the livestock, and especially enjoyed the petting zoo. She has absolutely no fear! Which of course can be a good and bad quality! (It just means we have to watch her closely!)
She loved all the rides! Even the big kid rides like this picture shows her on! She couldn't even see over the bars. As it ended I heard her tell Johnathan, "MORE!" She is so stinkin' cute!
This was the only ride that we let her do by herself. It was a race car ride that went in a circle. It went really slow for a short straight period and then zoomed around a corner. The first time she went around the corner we saw her fly from one side of the car to the other. As most parents would be, we were worried she was hurt....NOPE...she was cracking up!
Here is a roller coaster. It was pretty tall, almost two stories tall. She refused to hold on. Instead she rode most of the time with her hands straight above her head! Johnathan said she just screamed with excitement the entire time. (I of course can't ride any of the rides...)
