We woke the girls up bright and early this morning! They both had soccer games starting at 8. Ashlyn's actually started right at 8 and Jadie's started at 8:30. It basically gave me enough time to watch 10 minutes of Ashlyn's game before I had to walk Jadie over to her field so her game could get started! Jadie's age group (U4) has been combined with U5 (4 and 5 year olds). I'm pretty sure the team we played today were all 5 year olds. On Jadie's team there is only one 5 year old. The rest are young 4's and 3's. Jadie happens to be the baby of the team!
For being the youngest....she did GREAT! The other team was all at least a half a head taller than her...but that didn't keep her from getting in there and kicking at the ball!
She fell down 3 times during the game...and never once cried! (When the other girls fell, their parent's had to come carry them off the field...the tears wouldn't stop!!!) We have such a "Tough Girl", as Jadie calls herself!!!
She didn't score any goals...although...she says she is gonna keep trying to score one for Coach Trey. (Obviously, that is her coaches name! ;)
Johnathan finished up coaching Ashlyn's team...who won!!! Ashlyn scored a goal!!!! They headed over to try to catch Jadie playing...but it was too late!!! I do hope he gets to see her play a bit during this season...it's sooooo cute! And I was sooo impressed that our little princess was able to keep up with all those 5 year olds!!! Way to go Jadie!!!

Love it! She looks so cute. I'm going to miss RG's first teeball game this Saturday :( Can't believe our "babies" are old enough to play sports, too!
