Finally, after many months, we closed on our construction loan. (Thank you Daymon for all your hard work. I only wish it would have worked out.) Now the hurdles really begin!!!
We are supposed to have materials delivered as early as Monday, yet the weeds have to be mowed. The only problem has been...we don't have a trailer to get our mower over to the property!
Johnathan has called in about every favor, and finally is headed to get one. He will be out there late tonight...trying to mow around the job site at least. 3 acres takes a lot of time to mow! Keep your fingers crossed for decent weather for the next week or two so we can get the slab done. After that...things should move quite quickly from what I hear.
