Wednesday morning, I took Jadyn back to the Dr. to listen to her chest. She recovered from her weekend illness and was back to herself Monday and Tuesday...however, Tuesday night she crashed!
She kept Johnathan and I up virtually all night with a persistent cough. I would say she would cough at least once every 2 minutes. Bless her heart...by the time the Dr.'s office opened in the morning she was complaining that her stomach hurt. I can only imagine how sore her little tummy muscles were!
He put her on a strong antibiotic to prevent pneumonia. He also gave her a pretty strong cough suppressant, which has seemed to help. However, when she is on the medication...she seems somewhat lethargic. I can't wait for her to feel better!
